OUR HISTORY

The Very Beginning

Founded in 1994, Dimensional Concepts, Inc. was recognized by top high-end designers and architects in NYC. From the beginning we performed many high-end residential apartment renovations in NYC and homes from Long Island's Gold Coast to the Hamptons. In 2007 we shifted gears with a previous client and started commercial build outs. Since then we were able to build our reputation through well known healthcare corporations and landlords for our reliability and excellent results.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION

Turn your project into the vision of your dreams by utilizing this service. By working with us, we will explain all your options and answer any of your questions. Our team works closely with each client to make sure we’re meeting, and exceeding their expectations. In this phase of the process we take all the necessary steps to ensure that the project will run smoothly and sort out any confusion that may occur during construction before we start.

CONSTRUCTION

We understand the importance of picking the right company that’s experienced, dependable, on time and on budget. Throughout the construction phase of your build we ensure that we will be there every step of the way. We have the tools and experience to get the job done with the highest standards and the best quality possible.

POST CONSTRUCTION

In this phase of our contracting process, we sort out any additional wants from the client so that they can use their space to their full advantage. Then to conclude the construction we close out all permits and legal documentation so we can hand over your keys so you can start using your new space.
